We met Rakan at an open house, he was instantly very friendly and helpful. He was willing to work with our crazy schedules, and show us houses we found online as well as ones he found for us. Rakan really knows his market in the MOT area. As I mentioned homes that caught my eye, he already knew the details of each one off the top of his head and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. He worked really hard to make sure that I had an easy transaction and handled all the details so I could focus on my new career I had just started a couple weeks before. Overall very happy! Rakan was always at our needs no matter when and where we needed him. We called him a lot and if he did not answer right away his call back response was very quickly. He also had the answers to any questions we had and would get back to us ASAP if he did not know the answer right away. It did not take long for us to find a house that we love and had everything we wanted. Very easy to get along with and always willing to meet our needs as a client.

If you are a first time buyer like I was, I cannot recommend Rakan enough. I had no idea about the home buying process and he was able to guide me the entire way. He was very patient with me too as I was not 100% sure with what I wanted at first, but he helped me get into a great house and area!
